Privacy policy
CoatPro is an owner-led painting and plastering business based in Albany, Auckland. We keep this simple: we only ever collect what you choose to give us, and we only use it to talk to you about your job — in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

When you fill in our quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, suburb, and — if you choose to add them — your email address, the type of work you need, and anything you write about the job. If you phone or email us instead, we hold whatever you tell us that way. That's all. We don't track you around the web, and the site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry — to get back to you, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote, and carry out the work if you go ahead. We never use your details for marketing, and we don't sell, rent or trade them to anyone.
Who can see it
Your quote request is emailed to Andrew at coatproandrew@gmail.com. To deliver the site and that email, we use two service providers who process your information only to pass your message along: Resend (the email-sending service) and Vercel (our website host). We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we reasonably need it to quote and complete your job, and for our normal business records afterwards. If you'd like it removed sooner, just ask.
Your choices
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we'll sort it out — there's no charge for a reasonable request.
