Anything you see on this site — service descriptions, processes, indicative timeframes — is general information to help you plan, not a fixed price or a binding offer. The actual scope, price and timing for your job are confirmed in the written quote we provide after seeing the property.
Pricing & availability
Prices and availability can change, and a written quote is valid for the period stated on it. If the job changes once work is underway — extra prep we couldn't see, a change you ask for — we'll talk it through and agree any variation with you before carrying it out.
Where we work
We're based in Albany and work across Auckland. Outside Auckland? Ask — we travel for the right job.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it's free of every error or always available.
